If the image isn't appearing, make sure the username you entered is correct and no typos exist. If the username is correct, make sure your Twitter account is set to "Public", otherwise, we can't retrieve your tweets!

If you've just added a new tweet and it hasn't immediately appeared; this is due to our caching system. In order to keep our service fast, we minimize the connections to Twitter by retrieving your latest tweet every 15 minutes. So be patient, while our system retrieves it.

If it has been over 15 minutes and your image still hasn't updated the tweet, this could be due to Twitter downtime. Sometimes, we're unable to connect to Twitter if Twitter doesn't give us the "OK", we'll then grab the cached tweet until Twitter lets us connect again.

As of now, we do not have different colored images to choose from. However, as time progresses, we will include the feature.

You can get rid of the powered by line in the image by paying a small fee ($1.99 USD). To whitelist your username, visit the whitelisting page here: Whitelisting.
